The location and the room were perfect.

The breakfast was of average quality, not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel.

The accommodation location is convenient, very close to Tenjin Hakata, and there is a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient

All breakfasts were very delicious. The room felt calm, the bath and toilet were clean, and the bed was great. If I have the opportunity, I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. Thank you for staying with me for two nights and three days.

The very professional welcome without any waiting, the location between the 2 stations (20 minutes on foot from each and there are buses), close to the center, the calm, the very clear room on the 9th floor with a view of the city, the comfort of the bedding, the service (I forgot my Kindle and they warned me and offered to send it to me if I couldn't come back to get it, which is in progress), the Japanese breakfast with lots of flavors (I didn't think I would I could eat fish for breakfast but it was so fresh and tender).

Instant coffee for breakfast.
